About the Play

Crackling dialogue, brilliantly observed and achingly funny, this journey into the lives of seven women won playwright Jonathan Gavin the 2003 Philip Parson Young Playwright Award and rave reviews.

 

Seven women – two orphaned sisters, two adopted sisters, two lovers, one ex. A newsreader, a housewife, a student, a nurse, an artist, a barrister and a psychic actress/waitress. There's a school reunion, an art exhibition, a dinner to cook, a stalker to dodge, a baby to birth, a friend to mourn, parents to find and more.
